Once the option becomes available, you can enable accent color on Start, Taskbar and Action Center by turning on the checkbox.Turn off Action Center in Windows 10 Home or Pro To be able to customize this option, you’ll need to either select “ Dark” or “ Custom” options from “ Choose your color” drop-down box and the “ Show accent color on Start, taskbar, and action center” checkbox will be immediately activated.
